Updates
We are receiving many inquires regarding Olympic Trials tickets, Hotel reservations and National Congress.
This is great news!!!!!
- National Congress & Trade Show registration will be online by mid- December
- National Congress form will be on the website to download as soon as we go live with the online registration.
- Congress registration form will include ability to order tickets – will be in the January and subsequent issues of Technique
- National Congress attendees will be able to order discounted tickets with their congress registration. Special pricing for congress attendees
- There will be special pricing package for public transportation during the Congress and Trials time. No need to rent a car.
- Hotel reservations – they may begin reserving their hotel rooms on December 17 and thereafter. Contact NTS beginning 12/17.
- The Marriott Hotel is the National Congress & Trade Show hotel headquarters. At this time we are only offering this one hotel for special rates.
- Pre and post congress events such as Business Conference, safety course, H.O.T. course, women’s SC/RC workshop, National NAWGJ board meeting and SD/RJD workshop, Congress Dance party will take place at the Marriott hotel.
- We do not release where the delegation will stay during the event.
- Hall of Fame Ceremony and Luncheon will take place on Sunday, June 22. Class of 2008 will be announced in January.
- National Congress & Trade Show will take place Thursday through Saturday, June 19 – 21, 2008
- U.S.Olympic Team Trials – Gymnastics will take place Thursday through Sunday, June 19 – 22, 2008.

How to Re-print your Athlete Membership Card
Clubs (Individual Athletes go to
the next section )
If you are a Club who wants to re-print one or more
Athlete Cards do the following.
Athlete
Membership Card Reprint
Answer YES if you want to reprint
your Athlete Membership Card(s)
Clubs will need their Club # and Club
password.
This will then bring up a screen that lists all of the members in
your club.
You MUST select the Athlete Member Type in the first Drop down
field.
You MUST hold down the CTRL KEY and LEFT CLICK on each Athlete you
want to have the system re-print an Athlete membership card. This will HIGHLIGHT
Each ATHLETE you want to re-print a card for. The system will generate the
following within 24 hours.
Each EMAIL will have 1 or more attachments.
Each Attachment will have up to 6 cards with the ATHLETE MEMBER Information
on it in a COLOR PDF Format. If, for example, you selected 10 ATHLETES it will
send one email with 2 attachments - 6 cards in the first attachment, and 4 cards
in the second attachment.
The two left over cards will be blank. You can
then SAVE these attachments to your PC and (with ADOBE ACROBAT) open them and
send them to a printer.
We recommend using CARD STOCK Paper to print them
on. Individual Athletes
If you are an Athlete who wants to re-print their
Athlete Membership Card do the following.

Athletes will need their Athlete number and
password.
NOTE: USA Gymnastics will not provide athlete User ID and
Password information over the telephone.
Please have your club
assist in printing your card if you do not have this information.
This will
then bring up a screen that list your Athlete Membership Card information.
Click on the VERIFY button and the PRINT MEMBER CARD button. The system will
generate the following within 24 hours.
An email will be sent with one
attachment with the Athlete Membership Card on it in a color PDF format. You can
then open the attachment and/or save/print it using ADOBE ACROBAT. We recommend
using card stock paper when printing.
